At Orion Trading, we maintain a No Returns Policy on all bamboo products. This is due to several important considerations:

1. Natural Variation – Bamboo is a natural material, and variations in color, texture, and shape are to be expected. Because of this, opinions on what constitutes a "good" or "bad" bamboo stick can be highly subjective. We stand by the quality of our products, but individual preferences may vary.
    

2. Packaging Integrity – Once a bundle of bamboo is opened, it cannot be re-packed to its original condition. Opened bundles can spill or become damaged in storage, which creates handling and quality issues at our warehouse.

For these reasons, all sales are final. We encourage customers to reach out with any questions prior to purchase—we’re happy to help you select the right bamboo for your project.
