We chose to follow in the tradition of Asia and Europe, who had been using bamboo agriculturally since the 16th century. At the time, America was reliant on wooden stakes. This is because the U.S.A. had not been introduced to any better alternatives. Since the first small load of bamboo hit California’s Long Beach shore in the mid 1970’s Orion Trading Group has adapted and grown with the dynamic agricultural and nursery industries, while continually being fresh and innovative in our products and ideas. Today Orion Trading Group is a multinational corporation supplying bamboo stakes to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
